Travis Martin Plumbing diagnosed and replaced a toilet for us. The workers were on time, did a beautiful job, and clean up was immaculate both times. The whole project was done quickly. Very professional staff! Travis Martin Plumbing not only were able to find the correct part for a 15+ year shower regulator, but they did so quickly, with no fuss. Also, they came under another companies bid for the same job by almost 100$! The staff is ultra efficient, and also respectful of COVID guidelines. Travis and his crew are professional but personable. Travis was able quickly sort the problem and we had a plan of action. His crew worked quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend Travis if you need plumbing work done.

We’ve had multiple projects completed by Travis Martin Plumbing in the last few years and all were done very professionally in a timely manner. As mountain folks, we understand they are constantly responding to different emergencies here in the mountains so sometimes there can be a delay on lower priority requests. (Example: CZU Complex Fire, mudslides, flooding, septic issues, etc.) We especially appreciate it if/when the emergency is our own and we’re given priority. They always practice good judgement with solid integrity and great skills. Katie and Travis make a great team! Travis Martin Plumbing Inc. did an amazing job! Travis was on time and was very personable. He did a walk around listing issues we wanted addressed. The company addressed all the items requested, including installing and plumbing a small commercial sink. The work done by Jose and Marco was top-notch. Travis Martin Plumbing did an all around 5-star job. We are pleased and would hire them again.

I cannot recommend Travis Martin Plumbing Inc enough. I was told that in order to rebuild on my fire-burned property, I would need either two 5,000-gallon water tanks or one 10,000-gallon tank. Feeling overwhelmed and honestly not understanding all of the requirements, I was doing my best to navigate everything. Katie went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to research my specific circumstances, called the fire department and SLV Water, and looked into all the requirements on my behalf. Thanks to her diligence and care, she found out that I actually did not need the water tanks for my situation. Not only did they save me from an unnecessary expense, but they also completely refunded my deposit on the tanks. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer care is incredibly rare. Katie’s kindness and willingness to help during a stressful rebuilding process meant so much to me. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend this company!
